BrightDoor Execs Deven Spear and Michael Worthington Heat Up ACES Conference with “High-Tech for High-Touch: Must-Have Tech Tools for 2006” at Hilton Head, SC (February 14, 2006)

 

Deven Spear, CEO, and Michael Worthington, VP/Chief Creative Officer of BrightDoor Systems, both key influencers in creative technology trends, were invited to share their recipes on how real estate professionals can streamline the contact-to-contract sales process while at the same time strengthening relationships with prospects and clients alike.

 

The innovative entrepreneurs from BrightDoor cooked up an entertaining look at the latest technology-based sales tools and some common fears about mastering them. The session started with fresh market insights, poured on some easy to understand solutions, and topped off with live interactive demonstrations.

 

The full-house attendees appreciated both the highly useful information and the “Cool Factor” ratings included with each technology. Some of the technologies served up during the presentation included Blogs, Tablet PC’s, Smart Phones, and hot Web research tools.

 

Dishing out practical advice on enhancing the sales process, Spear and Worthington explained how using innovative technology tools help attendees grow their business and close more sales, yet simultaneously make the process more personal for clients.

 

Asked how technology personalizes rather than de-personalizes relationships, Spear replied, “If you touch the client and provide information they’re looking for through extremely efficient response tools, you’re giving them just what they want, right when they want it. You create highly personalized interactions resulting in strengthened buyer/agent relationships. This ultimately leads to closing more sales as well as to generating more referrals.”

 

Spear and Worthington encouraged all conference attendees to try out at least two of the new technologies to experience the positive impact it would have on their client relationships. From the numerous questions asked during the session and attendee-buzz afterward, it was evident the presentation was a hit for everyone involved.
