BrightDoor CEO Deven Spear serves as featured speaker on Real Estate Technology Outlook 2006 panel at ACES Conference at Hilton Head, SC February 13-15 (Feb.15, 2006)

 

BrightDoor CEO Deven Spear served as one of three featured speakers on the Real Estate Technology Outlook 2006 panel at the ACES Conference which took place February 13-15 at Hilton Head, SC. In a session geared toward managers/executives, Deven joined David Lott, Editor/Publisher of Golf Course Home and Roman Bodnarchuck, Chief Strategist at Montecito Investments in discussing current trends in technology as they relate to the real estate industry:

 

  • Roman Bodnarchuck discussed using technology to improve real estate marketing and branding.
  • David Lott covered how to utilize technology to capture leads and move them into a lead-management process.
  • Deven Spear capped off the session with insight into how best to take leads/prospects through to closing utilizing integrated marketing and technology solutions.

 

Spear’s expertise in the real estate technology arena was especially beneficial to the real estate manager/executives interested in streamlining the contact-to-contract process of amenity community selling. Of special interest was Spear’s discussion of how real-time intelligence at every client touch-point not only empowers sales team with the latest technology tools, but also allows them to measure sales organization performance in real time.

 

Spear highlighted the concept of creating customized, personalized client interactions both over the web and in community sales centers. Spear commented that blending marketing and technology into an integrated system provides key intelligence to agents that tips the scale in the their favor.

 

Interest in the session was high, as Spear received enthusiastic comments and questions from the executive audience. Afterward, Spear noted how eye-opening the session was for managers with regard to optimizing the customer buying experience using digital technologies. “Real estate executives are realizing that digital technologies are the ‘sleeping giant’ about to shake their industry. No one wants to be left behind as the industry begins this shift into using integrated digital systems to manage the buying experience.”
