BrightDoor Wows Attendees at Triangle MLS Technologyville Show (March 16, 2006)
The BrightDoor booth was constantly abuzz with activity at the Triangle MLS “Sailing Away to Technologyville” tradeshow on Thursday, March 16, 2006. Hosting 1,000 attendees and showcasing industry innovators such as Obeo, MyBode and CirclePix, the conference was designed to help real estate agents and agencies recognize how new technologies can help them. BrightDoor Systems CEO Deven Spear and COO Sean Harrison demonstrated the company’s complete online/onsite real estate sales and marketing solution in the event’s main hall, attracting considerable interest from Triangle-area real estate agents, brokers and developers.
“The key to BrightDoor is its ability to engage each prospect in a unique, personalized, and compelling sales experience, while at the same time gathering valuable data for the sales agent to use in an ongoing dialogue with those prospects,” Spear said. “Virtually everyone we chatted with today immediately recognized how they could put BrightDoor to work in crafting more persuasive, tailored stories for their clients. Others noted that they clearly saw the advantages of a digital site plan which can be changed or updated at any time quickly and cost-effectively.”
Spear reported that tech-savvy attendees were also enthusiastic about the rich information they can capture through the prospect’s interaction with the system. Noting the importance of connecting with buyers, several attendees talked about how the Tablet-PC-based BrightDoor Interview tool would give them advance insight into buyer preferences that they would have had to discover in other ways during the discovery process.
Spear also twice presented “High Tech for High Touch: Top 10 Must-Have Tech Tools for 2006” to help agents gain insight into everyday tools that could help them become more effective and efficient in their daily work and communications.
